Everyone's cooperation will continue to make Quail Run an enjoyable place to live. Investment owners will be responsible for any items left curbside over the weekend when a tenant moves out. Investment owners are responsible for informing their tenants of this provision. Owners are responsible to make provisions with the furniture or appliance delivery company to remove any old items, or the owner must store such item in their garage until the afternoon before trash day. Additional fines will be levied for costs the Association incurs to remove trash and bulk items. The township’s budget and capital improvement program shows expenditures outpacing revenues, with the gap bridged by proceeds from bond issues. The monetary fine for a first time violation is $25.00 plus any costs the Association incurs for proper disposal with fines increased by $25.00 for each subsequent violation. Trash day in Quail Run is Wednesday, except for specified Federal holidays where trash day is moved to Thursday. In an effort to maintain a safe, pleasing and enjoyable community for all residents and guests, the Homeowner's Council is notifying and emphasizing fines for placement of bulk items and open trash prior to 4:00 p.m.
